The building of Termes La Garriga dating from the end of the 19th Century has been restored and adapted to meet modern requirements, but retaining the charm and elegance of the original building.

There are indoor and outdoor thermal water pools, and at the Thermal Centre the emphasis is on regaining or maintaining health using the most modern thermal treatments and diagnostic equipment to care for the body and mind.The properties of the water are particularly recommended for those suffering from rhumatism or stress or who which to loose weight.

As well as the pools the Thermal Circuit offers a steam area, Templarium, Caldarium and Frigidarium. In addition to the more traditional thermal water and mud therapies, a wide range of treatments and massages for beauty and relaxation are also available.

The rooms, all different, are decorated in a classic style to provide a peaceful, relaxing atmostphere ideal for a few days of health and comfort.

The restaurant offers a varied menu, typical Catalan dishes, as well as a wide selection of dietary dishes all designed to achieve a balance between the healthiest and tastiest ingredients.
